Who we are

Elite Solutions is a small web design and marketing studio in New Hampshire, United States. The site is elitesolutions.dev. For privacy questions, email hello@elitesolutions.dev — messages currently reach us at management@ge11yz.com until the Elite mailbox is provisioned.

Information we collect

We collect what you choose to send us, and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site.

• Name, business name, email, phone, website, address, and project details you enter on /apply, /onboarding, /contact, or in email
• Files or notes you attach when you ask for a quote, send details for a build you already booked, or ask for support
• Basic log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL
• Cookies or similar storage used for site function and optional analytics

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, prepare quotes, do the work you hire us for, improve the site, and keep records we need for accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell your information. The Meta Pixel on this agency site sends PageView events to Meta so we can measure our own ads; we do not send form submissions or contact details to Meta.

Analytics and processors

The site is hosted on Vercel. We may use PostHog or similar analytics to understand which pages are used. The agency site also loads Meta Pixel, which records PageView events with Meta for advertising measurement. Email is sent through our email provider. Payment processors (for example Stripe or Whop) handle card details when you pay an invoice — we do not store full card numbers. Each of those companies processes data under its own terms in order to provide the service.

Retention

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as we need them to do the work, follow up, and meet bookkeeping or legal requirements, then deleted or archived when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept in aggregate where possible.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we do not have to keep it. You can opt out of non-essential email. Contact us at the addresses above. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights, we will honour a valid request to the extent the law requires.

Children

This site is for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page is the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you have seen the new policy.
